Banana Bread ~ gluten-free, refined sugar-free, yeast-free & dairy-free


2 ripe bananas
3 organic eggs
1-2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
¼ cup of coconut oil
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
2 cups of almond meal


  1. Combine banana, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs, bi-carb & lemon juice into food processor
  2. Add almond meal
  3. Spoon batter into a lined bread tin and slice a banana in half to put on top
  4. Bake for 45 mins on 160c
